Introduce

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is an agreement between you and Wise QR - Barcode Scanner (hereinafter referred to as "we"). You will be asked to accept this agreement when you enter the application, if you refuse to accept this agreement, you will not be able to use the application. You agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement, and you acknowledge that these terms and conditions will apply to you in their entirety before continuing to use our products.

Protocol

If you do not agree to any term of this agreement, you should immediately stop using the application and delete the application from your device. By agreeing to this agreement, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. We reserve the right to amend, amend, update and change any terms of this agreement, and your continued use of the application will be deemed your acceptance of such changes. We recommend that you check for updates regularly.

Intellectual property

The App and all content derived from the App are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. You hereby acknowledge that by using the App, you have no rights to the software, trademarks or content associated with the App and you may only use them in full compliance with this Agreement.

No guarantee

We do not warrant that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the software or servers making it available are free of viruses or bugs, or represent the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials contained therein.

Limitation of Liability

1. You agree that you are free to choose whether to use the application, and you make your own decision and risk. We shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage, including but not limited to damages, directly or indirectly arising out of or in any way related to your use of the App for loss of business, loss of profits , business interruption, loss of business information, or any other monetary consequential loss (even if you have notified us of the possibility of such loss or damage).

2. We shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise for any loss or damage arising from or in any way related to your interaction and/or transactions with any third-party website through the App. We are not responsible for the content of any linked site.

3. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any modification, suspension or termination of the application by you or any third party.

Indemnity

You agree to pursue immediately and upon demand all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees, any other liability arising out of your breach of this Agreement, and any other liability arising out of your use of this Agreement) program.

Other

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the application at any time without prior notice, and we will not be liable to you for any such actions.

2. If any part of this agreement is deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed separable from the rest of this agreement and shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions of this agreement and enforceability. In such event, the portion deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect as nearly as possible the original intent of the parties.

3. Our waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach of any provision of this Agreement.

4. Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, nothing in this agreement shall create or confer any rights or any other benefits on a third party.

5. This Agreement contains the complete agreement between you and us regarding its subject matter. You acknowledge that in agreeing to accept this Agreement, you have not relied on any representations except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

6. We reserve the right to modify and update these terms at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason at any time, but we will not assume any responsibility, as described below. Revisions to the Terms may be communicated to you by email or by posting the updated Terms on the product website.
